Products in stock are usually shipped within 24 hours on weekdays. During periods of high order volume, processing time may extend to 2-3 business days.

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are complete and correct. Should there be any discrepancies with your order, we will inform you by email.

EVERCROSS has local warehouses in various European countries. Your order will be shipped from the nearest warehouse whenever possible to ensure faster delivery.

For orders that have not yet been shipped, as well as orders that have already been shipped but not yet delivered, please contact our customer service by email and let us know your order number and your refund request.

For orders that have already been delivered and accepted, please also contact our customer service. We will inform you about the next steps for returning the product and processing your refund.
