All Evercross users have the right to technical support and troubleshooting to request from the Evercross support team. Please note, however, that the team no additional after-sales support for products purchased outside of our official distribution channels.
Warranty replacement parts will be only within the European Union sent.
Warranty period
For customers who purchased through the official Evercross websites, we offer a two-year warranty on all e-scooters and bicycles, excluding wear parts. The warranty period begins on the day of receipt by the original purchaser.
Wear parts (not covered by the warranty)
“Wear and tear” refers to the natural and unavoidable wear and tear that occurs during normal use. The following components are considered consumable parts and are not covered by this warranty (non-exhaustive list):
tires
brake pads
brake cables
Hoses
Claw
Chain
gears
Lamps and light bulbs
Pedal
reflectors
Actual scope may vary depending on the product. Please follow the instructions from our customer service for confirmation.
Improper installation, use or maintenance
Damage caused by faulty assembly, accidents, improper repairs, modifications, corrosion or misuse is not covered by this warranty. Evercross accepts no responsibility for damage caused by unauthorized repairs or replacement parts.
Examples of cases not covered:
Incorrect assembly or installation: Problems caused by incorrect assembly of the bike or scooter.
Accidents and negligence: Damage caused by collision, neglect, inadequate maintenance, or excessive or improper use.
Unauthorized modifications or accessories: Modifications or installation of incompatible parts that are not part of the original product design.
Corrosion: Damage caused by rust or corrosion is excluded.
Battery damage: Damage caused by power surges, incorrect chargers, improper maintenance, normal wear and tear, or water damage.
transport damage
This warranty does not cover damage that occurs during transport. However, Evercross agrees to replace a damaged product if the following conditions are met:
You must notify Evercross of any transport damage within 3 days of receiving the product.
You provide clear photos and/or videos that show the extent and nature of the damage.
If you arrange your own transport (e.g., freight forwarder or other services), Evercross assumes no liability for any damage that occurs during this transport.
Warranty procedure
Evercross replaces warranty components only after receiving photos or videos, which clearly document the defect or damage.
How to make a warranty claim:
Contact Evercross Support Contact our customer service team at support@evercross.eu. Our support team will communicate with you to diagnose the problem and find a quick solution.
Confirmation of replacement needs If the support team determines that a warranty part needs to be replaced, you will receive the necessary replacement parts as well as detailed installation instructions.
Installation support Once you have received the replacement parts, our support team will assist you with the installation or provide you with an instructional video.
Option for local repair The Evercross customer service team may agree that you can return your product in a local workshop get it repaired, and can a partial reimbursement offer for reasonable repair costs.

Unfortunately, theft of the product is not covered by the warranty. We strongly recommend taking out insurance to protect your Evercross product against theft or loss.

This guarantee applies only for the original buyer and is non-transferable.
Evercross reserves the right to to inspect returned parts or products, before a warranty claim is approved.
The warranty is only valid if the product is used in accordance with the instructions. Evercross user manual and safety guidelines is used.
This guarantee applies in addition to statutory consumer rights, which exist under EU or British law.
