Literally awesome

I have no problems w it, the packaging was great and safe and came really quickly. It feels super fast and is definitely my best form of transportation. I LOVE IT!!

Perfect for short commutes

For the past couple of months, I have been using the scooter regularly for my short commute. It includes taking a bus. The battery is usually half used after approximately 6-7 miles of ride. Folding and opening is super easy. I have to do it twice a day to get in on/off the bus and it's super easy. The ride could be smoother on regular roads. It's nice on side walks but not the same. I wear thick gloves to reduce the vibrations. Overall, very happy with this purchase.

Outstanding Customer Service

Bought this for my son. He loves it and rides it to school everyday. Very sturdy and well built. Recently had an issue with the scooter not charging and the vendor was quick to respond and troubleshoot the issues. As the part needed to fix the issue isn't available, the vendor has offered to replace the unit. Oustanding custumer service.

Ten out of Ten!

A great scooter for my 11 yr old son who uses it to get to school everyday! Easy for my son to operate and handle. Folds up easy and the charge lasts for days. I highly recommend!

I just wanna thank the people at evercross with there excellent customer service/support within 2 emails everything was taken care of hassle free. I let them know what I needed and it was in the mail directly.. I had questions about the install and they provided videos to ensure I was able to make a painless fix thanks again EVERCROSS!!
