In which Lwhere do you ship?
- evercross.eu (Shipping countries include: Germany, France, Ireland, Austria, Luxembourg, Italy, etc.).

- uk.evercross.eu (Shipping countries include: Great Britain).
- us.evercross.eu (Shipping only to the lower 48 states of the United States).
- ca.evercross.eu (Shipping only to 5 Canadian provinces: British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario).

How long does it take to receive my order?
It depends on your location. Orders processed here take 1-2 business days. Delivery can take 3-5 days. Please see your confirmation email for delivery details.
Which shipping companies do you use?
We use all major carriers and local courier partners. You will be asked to select a shipping method during checkout.
02. Shipping & returns
ls delivery free in US?
Yes, delivery is free in US for purchases over $200. Otherwise, delivery is $8.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, we accept orders from all over the world. The delivery costs vary depending on the destination.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Once your product has shipped, it usually takes 2 to 3 business days in France, 3 to 7 in Europe. 5 to 15 for the rest of the world. If you have not received your products, feel free to contact us using our contact page.

What are your maintenance instructions?
As long as your order is within the warranty period, we will replace the accessories for you free of charge.
Can I return it?
We always strive to make sure our customers love our products, but if you need to return an item, we are happy to help. Just email us directly and we will walk you through the process.
Something happened to me, what should I do?
First of all, we hope you are OK! The e-bike can be replaced, but our time and health cannot, so we hope you are OK too. The severity of the accident and the damage caused will give us a better indication of how to proceed.
Regardless of whether you and your e-bike have suffered a minor or severe collision, do not continue riding. It is uncertain whether the current situation is safe. You must check with your local bike shop or Evercross dealer to find out the full extent of the damage. Often, the external damage you see is just the beginning. MThere may be damage to the inner frame or mechanics of your e-bike that is not visible to the naked eye.
As with any type of e-bike accident or damage, Evercross requires further inspection by an authorized dealer or local bike shop to determine if there is any structural damage not visible to the naked eye. If they concluded there was internal damage, Evercross could not sell replacement parts as this would pose a safety risk. Unfortunately, without additional testing, we cannot sell you replacement parts.
We ask that you please take the affected bikes to your local bike shop or Evercross dealer. You can use Evercross' dealer locator to find an Evercross authorized bike shop near you. If your bike is deemed to be safe and sound and only needs some spare parts, please contact our support team with the following information:
Your name and proof of purchase (Evercross order number is sufficient!)
If you purchase from a bicycle shop, please enclose the receipt
The contact details of the bike shop you visit as Evercross are needed to discuss the situation with them.

Can I personalize my products?
It depends on the creator and the product. All options are listed on the product page, so keep an eye out for customization options.
How should I care for my battery?
Generally, that's all you need to do as long as you don't leave the battery out for long periods of time and put it back in after each ride.
