1. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us promptly at support@evercross.eu.

If the order has already been shipped, you may choose to refuse the package upon delivery. Once we receive the returned package, your refund will be automatically issued within 5 business days to your original payment method.

If you have already received the package and the item is brand new and unused, please contact us in time. We will provide you with a return label. Make sure the product is in its original packaging and complete the return process. Once received, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
2. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours on business days after being placed.

Most orders are shipped within 3 business days, excluding pre-sale items.
3. 30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Return conditions:

The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us right away so we can assess the issue and make it right.
5. Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Some items are non-returnable, including:

Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants),

Custom-made or personalized items,

Personal care items (e.g. cosmetics or beauty products),

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to:

Return the item you have,

Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired product.
7. Right of Withdrawal in the EU
If your goods are shipped to a European Union country, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without providing a justification.
The return conditions are the same as above:

The item must be unused, in its original condition, with tags and original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
8. Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be automatically processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at support@evercross.eu.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
